Antonietta Collins

Antonietta Toni Collins is also referred to as Antonietta Gonzales-Collins in the US as well as Mexico, is an American-Mexican sportscaster. She is employed by ESPN as the SportsCenter anchor for news. She joined ESPN in 2016. joined ESPN. She is the daughter of television journalist Maria Antonieta Collins. Antonietta Collins is bilingual and has been so since her age of nine. Her ability in this area allowed her to land her first job at Univision, Miami. She could work alongside national producers on shows such as Nuestra Belleza Latina Premios Lo Nuestro Premios Juventud Primer Impacto. When she was in St. Petersburg, she was then recruited by the CBS station as a sports journalist. In 2009, she relocated to Rio Grande Valley to work as a journalist at KNVO TV 48 Univision & Fox2 News. She covered stories about immigration and drug trafficking throughout Texas and Mexico. Also, she was often called upon to be an anchor for sports and weather. She then anchored and reported on Univision's Dallas affiliate Deportes 23 where she was assigned more responsibility. She produced pieces about Major League Baseball's ALDS ALCS and World Series the Dallas Cowboys the NBA postseason and the NBA Finals FC Dallas and the Dallas Stars. She also produced Univision 23 Accion Deportiva Extra and was the anchor. She was appointed as the anchor of the sports program by Despierta America Deportes for their morning show. Also, she was anchor of the sports segment for Primer Impacto, a magazine program on the UniMas Network and Contacto Deportivo. Antonietta Collin's parents are originally from Veracruz Mexico. The family moved in Mexico City, where Antonietta Collins was born in November 1985. Her older sister is also hers. The family in 1992 left Mexico and moved to Miami. Then, shortly afterward, her parents separated and in the year 1995, Fabio Fajardo got married again. He passed away from kidney cancer in the year 2006. On a trip Antonietta spent the time at the house of her sister Canton Ohio. Her older Collins sibling had recently gotten the job of his dreams. Antonietta had just graduated high school, however she knew the things she wanted to do. In the end, she loved the school and that they had the major she was looking for. Following the completion of her high school education she attended the university to study media studies. She developed a long-lasting relationship with her teacher Mark Bergmann who was the supervisor at WRMU 91.1 FM of which she was a part. It was he who inspired her faith and confidence, as well as whose enthusiasm for Journalism deeply touched her. As a result, she determined to meet his demands always delivering on time.
